Our Sorting Office

To improve efficiency, Stonefield Surgery now operates like a sorting office to make sure you see the right specialist first.

• The Old Way: Most requests went to the GP, causing long waits while other specialists remained underused.
• The New Way: Our reception team directs your request to the most appropriate "delivery truck" - whether that's a GP, a Nurse, Physio, or Pharmacist.

How Triage Works
