For Routine, Non-urgent Requests

Contact us online using Accurx

Accurx is an online service that allows you to quickly and easily contact the practice for non-urgent medical and administrative requests.

What can I use Accurx for?

Anything Non-Urgent, including:

  • Request fit/sick notes
  • Request appointments
  • Medication and prescription queries
  • Health advice
  • Cancel or amend appointments
  • Update your contact details

We aim to respond to your online consultation during our opening hours. However, this does not mean that the practice will see or treat you on the same or next day. We will advise you on how your issue will be managed by the practice. This may include arranging an appointment for another day or signposting you to a more appropriate service, such as Pharmacy First. NHS 111 is not considered an appropriate alternative service during core hours.
