Surgery closure for Staff Training

On Thursday 11th December there is limited access to the surgery due to staff training.  Normal service resumes 8am the following day.   During this time, you can still call us but our phones will be answered by our out of hours provider.

Please call 999 for life threatening emergencies or 111 for anything urgent.

We have a new way in which you can contact us online for any routine enquries.  We will aim to get back to you within one working day.  This system is called Patchs.  You can use this system to:

  • Request sick notes.
  • Request letters
  • Submit a query about prescriptions
  • Ask for advice about non urgent medical conditions

Patchs will not be available from Fridays 6pm until Mondays 7.30am
