Key Information
The 'MOT' Concept: Think of this review as a yearly check-up for your chest. It is a dedicated time to make sure your treatment is perfectly tuned to your current needs.
The Process: The appointment focuses on three key areas. 1) A chat about your breathing. 2) A review of your medication, and 3) Creating a management plan for the year ahead.
Inhaler Technique: We will check your inhaler technique to make sure you are getting the full benefit of your medicine. Please do not worry. This is not a test, but a chance to make small tweaks that can make a huge difference.
Prevention: Attending this review helps us catch small issues before they become big problems, keeping you in control of your health.
